We take on six engagements a year. That's the maximum. It means we can sit with a brief, push back on the easy answer, and ship work that's been considered from every angle — not work that was scheduled around four other deadlines.
Scope agreed up front. Price agreed up front. We don't bill in 15-minute increments and we won't pad a timesheet to hit a number. If a project takes longer than we estimated, that's on us — and it makes us better at estimating.
We turn down roughly 80% of inbound. Not because we're precious, but because the wrong fit is worse for both sides. If the brief, budget, or timeline isn't right, we'll tell you — and recommend someone we trust who is.
